The existing Michelin Restaurant at the St Regis Mallorca required completely rebranding. The small interior spaces that were previously a mix of dark woods have been opened up to create larger, lighter spaces, maximising the view across the terrace and out to the sea.
A strong stone floor pattern was introduced to enhance the soft neutral tones of the new design. A light painted beamed ceiling and stone fireplace were incorporated to add character.
As part of the entry experience a feature wine cellar was introduced. We were able to select some stunning pieces of art from the hotel collection to enhance the sophisticated backdrop.
